Cancellation & Refunds policy

Seat Reservation & Withdrawal

Once a student purchases a course/internship/workshop, their seat is reserved.

If the student decides to leave the program midway, the following applies:

• 50% refund of the total program fee.

• Refund will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

• The participant completed the course.

• The participant fails to attend sessions.

• The participant is removed for misconduct or academic dishonesty.

• The participant requests a refund after receiving the certificate.

Program Cancellation by StatPsyched

If StatPsyched cancels a program, participants will receive a 100% refund.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be sent to: contact@statpsyched.com

Include: Name, program name, screenshot of payment, and reason for withdrawal.
